Russia's 2025 Coal Output Remained at Level of Previous Year of 440Mln Tonnes - Official

MOSCOW, March 10 (RIA Novosti) - Coal production in Russia in 2025 remained at the level of the previous year and amounted to 440 million tonnes, Russian Deputy Energy Minister Dmitry Islamov said. "I would like to emphasize that [coal] production at the same time remained at the level of last year and, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to 440 million tonnes," he said in an interview with the Expert magazine....
