China's consumer prices rose last month at the quickest pace in three years, official data showed Monday, as authorities aimed to boost spending during the week-long Lunar New Year holiday. The consumer price index, a key measure of inflation, rose 1.3 percent year-on-year in February, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
