Sugar futures close higher

ZHENGZHOU, March 2 (Xinhua) -- Sugar futures closed higher Monday in daytime trading on the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE). The most active sugar contract for May 2026 delivery gained 31 yuan (about 4.48 U.S. dollars) to close at 5,345 yuan per tonne.
