MOSCOW, March 2 (RIA Novosti) - Natural gas reserves in Europe's underground storage facilities fell below 30% on February 28, one of the lowest recorded levels for late February since observations began, according to RIA Novosti analysis of data from Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE).
