MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - Hannah Spencer has brought the first victory to her Green Party in a UK by-election, beating the ruling Labour Party to win in Gorton and Denton in Greater Manchester, voting data showed on Friday. She secured 14,980 votes, followed by Reform UK's Matt Goodwin with 10,578 votes and Labour Party's Angeliki Stogia with 9,364 votes, according to the Manchester City Council.
