WASHINGTON, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - There are very high risks of Ukraine failing to repay the International Monetary Fund (IMF) loan and of donors refusing to provide further assistance to Kiev, the head of the IMF mission in Ukraine, Gavin Gray, told RIA Novosti on Friday.
