WINDHOEK, 26 FEB (NAMPA) - The Roads Authority (RA) has announced temporary road closures in the //Kharas Region after heavy rainfall and flooding severely affected several routes.
In a media release issued on Tuesday, the RA said the closures were implemented to ensure the safety of road users.
