WINDHOEK, 25 FEB (NAMPA) – The Public Service Employee Medical Aid Scheme (PSEMAS) alone commands N.dollars 3.9 billion, while the Ministry of Health and Social Services is operating on a N.dollars 12.27 billion budget for the 2025/26 financial year.
Much of the ministry’s budget meanwhile, is being channelled into preparing facilities for the Vision April 2026 rollout.
