SWAKOPMUND, 23 FEB (NAMPA) - Omaruru Constituency Councillor, Hendrina Gebhardt, has described the imminent opening of a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centre in the constituency as a breakthrough for young people who have long struggled to access post-school opportunities.
