Kallas Doubts $106Bln EU Loan to Kiev to Be Approved on Monday

MOSCOW, February 23 (RIA Novosti) - EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas could not confirm whether EU foreign ministers would approve a loan to Ukraine for 90 billion euros ($106 billion) on Monday. "Of course we will discuss also the 90 billion loan, how it should be pushed forward but let’s see how this works out," Kallas said ahead of the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels.
