Paris (dpa-AFX) - French food retailer Carrefour on Tuesday reported full-year net income, group share, of ?319 million ($377 million), down from ?723 million a year earlier. Adjusted net income, group share, excluding exceptional items, was ?1.0 billion, or ?1.60 per share, compared with ?1.17 billion, or ?1.74 per share, the previous year.
