Berlin (dpa) - A resourceful cormorant in north-western Germany showed up at a hospital emergency department with a fishing hook stuck in its beak and tapped on the glass until someone noticed. The wild bird repeatedly pecked at the entrance doors of an emergency room in the city of Bremen on Sunday, prompting staff to call the fire brigade, according to a statement.
