WALVIS BAY, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Sankwasa James Sankwasa, on Thursday called for stricter enforcement of municipal housing regulations following a fire that claimed two lives and displaced several residents in Tutaleni, Walvis Bay.
