Growth in China's consumer prices slowed last month and missed forecasts, official data showed Wednesday, as leaders struggle to kickstart domestic spending in the world's second-largest economy. The consumer price index, a key measure of inflation, eased to 0.2 percent year-on-year in January, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
