Russian Watchdog Says to Impose Restrictions on Telegram to Ensure Respect for Laws

MOSCOW, February 10 (RIA Novosti) - Russian media watchdog Roskomnadzor said on Tuesday that it will continue to impose consistent restrictions on Telegram in order to ensure the respect for Russian laws. "By decision of the authorized bodies, Roskomnadzor will continue to impose consistent restrictions in order to enforce Russian legislation and ensure the protection of citizens," the watchdog said.
