MOSCOW, February 9 (RIA Novosti) - The perpetrator and his accomplice, who were detained for attempting to assassinate Russian Defense Ministry Lieutenant General Vladimir Alexeyev, have admitted their guilt, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Monday.
