MOSCOW, February 6 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti on Friday, commenting on Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen's remark that Russia represents a chronic threat to the EU, that this was a recognition of a chronic problem, and wished recovery. "It is an admission that they have a chronic problem — allergies, phobias, and panic attacks combined. We wish you a speedy recovery," Zakharova said......
