WINDHOEK, 05 FEB (NAMPA) – The president of the Association of Localised Interests (Asoli), Joseph Kauandenge, has accused Swapo of using its dominant position in Parliament to ‘rush legislation without proper debate or public input, turning Parliament into a mere rubber stamp.’
