OUTJO, 01 FEB (NAMPA) – The lifeless body of a 21-year-old woman was discovered naked behind the Sophia Shaningwa Fire Station near the municipal houses in Outjo in the Kunene Region on Saturday.
Deputy Commissioner Florence Kuzatjike of the Namibian Police Force in the Kunene Region on Sunday said the deceased was identified as Florencia Jacobs, a resident of Kamanjab, who was reportedly visiting relatives in Outjo.
