The incoming Dutch government Friday pledged full support for Ukraine and vowed to live up to its NATO spending commitments, as it unveiled its policy plans three months after elections. The 79-page manifesto was the result of a hard-fought agreement hammered out by three political parties and steered by prime minister-designate Rob Jetten.
