Moscow Says Sent Note to Germany Over Russian's Detention Due to Aid to Donbas

MOSCOW, January 30 (RIA Novosti) - Russia has sent a note to Berlin, requesting an explanation of the detention of a Russian citizen in Germany in connection with  charges of supplying humanitarian supplies to Donbas, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Friday.
