MEXICO CITY, January 30 (RIA Novosti) - The US government is seeking to impose extreme living conditions on the Cuban people by pushing ahead with a de facto blockade of fuel supplies to Cuba, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla said.
