Iraqi Parliament Delays Vote to Elect President Over Faction Dispute

BAGHDAD, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Council of Representatives, the Iraqi parliament, postponed a vote to elect the country's president on Tuesday due to a dispute among Kurdish parties.
