Bremen, Germany (dpa) - The vehicle carrier MS Thames Highway that was left disabled off the North Sea island of Borkum is to be towed back to the northern German port of Emden after a fire, the salvage company said on Tuesday. The ship is now being brought back, Germany's Central Command for Maritime Emergencies (CCME) reported.
