WINDHOEK, 22 JAN (NAMPA) - Minister of Urban and Rural Development, James Sankwasa has warned that tribalism is worsening in Namibia and poses a serious threat to unity, development and governance.
Sankwasa in an interview with Nampa stressed that while ethnic identity is natural, tribalism emerges when an individual or group perceives their ethnicity as superior to others.
