SWAKOPMUND, 16 JAN (NAMPA) – Minister of Information and Communication Technology Emma Theofelus on Thursday urged learners to use social media and the internet responsibly, warning that while digital platforms offer powerful learning and economic opportunities, they also pose serious risks if misused.
