WINDHOEK, 15 JAN (NAMPA)- Namib Desert Diamonds (NAMDIA) has confirmed that a second staff member was arrested on Wednesday, in connection with the armed diamond heist that took place at the company’s premises on 18 January 2025.
NAMDIA spokesperson Beverly Coussement, in a statement on Thursday, said the latest arrest follows ongoing cooperation between the state-owned diamond trading company and law enforcement authorities.
