6 killed in road accident in central Nepal

KATHMANDU, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- Six people were killed after a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) met with an accident in Makwanpur district in central Nepal on Sunday, said a police officer. The SUV, with nine people on board including the driver, en route to Hetauda from Kathmandu, fell about 100 meters down a cliff from the highway at around 6 p.m. local time, leading to the fatal accident.
