MOSCOW, January 3 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump authorized ground strikes inside Venezuela several days before the operation began, CBS News reported on Saturday, citing two unnamed US officials. The military had initially scheduled the mission for Christmas but priority was shifted to US strikes against targets belonging to Islamic State terrorist group (IS, ISIS, banned in the US and Russia) in Nigeria, the sources said....
