Wall Street's main indexes pulled back slightly on Wednesday, in a mild retreat that still sets the stage for a robust showing for all of 2025. Around 10 minutes into trading, the Dow Jones Industrial Average inched down 0.2 percent to 48,278.16, while the broad-based S&P 500 Index lost 0.1 percent at 6,886.44.
