Prevc kicks off Two Nights Tour with win in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany (dpa) - Defending ski jumping World Cup champion Nika Prevc kicked off the women's Two Nights Tour with a large hill win in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany on Wednesday. The Slovenian soared to 136.5 metres and 134.5m for a total of 271.1 points, beating Germany's Selina Freitag by 23.1 points. World Cup leader Nozomi Maruyama of Japan claimed third place.
