France, Germany Express Concern Over China's Military Exercises Near Taiwan

MOSCOW, December 30 (RIA Novosti) - France and Germany expressed their concern on Tuesday over China's large-scale military exercises around Taiwan, calling on both parties to exercise restraint and refrain from escalation.
