ABIDJAN, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- The Rally of Houphouetists for Democracy and Peace (RHDP), the ruling party of Cote d'Ivoire, has secured a large majority in the National Assembly, winning 197 of the 255 seats following Saturday's legislative elections, said the Independent Electoral Commission (CEI) on Monday.
