Man holding handgun shot dead by police in Norfolk, England

LONDON, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- A man involved in a two-vehicle collision on Sunday was shot dead by Norfolk police after he was believed to be holding a handgun, Norfolk Constabulary said in a statement on Monday. Police were called to London Road in Thetford at around 8:25 p.m. on Sunday.
