MOSCOW, December 19 (RIA Novosti) - Fighting is ongoing in Konstantinovka (also known as Kostiantynivka), with over 50% of the city already under the control of the Russian armed forces, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday. "I have said that the city of Konstantinovka is part of this agglomeration. Combat is already taking place there; over 50% of the city is under our control," Putin said during his annual question-and-answer session......
