Bank of Japan Raises Key Rate to 0.75%, Highest in 30 Years - Statement

MOSCOW, December 19 (RIA Novosti) - The Bank of Japan said on Friday that it has raised its key interest rate to around 0.75% following the results of its December policy meeting, marking the highest level in 30 years. "The Bank will encourage the uncollateralized overnight call rate to remain at around 0.75 percent," the statement read.
