MOSCOW, December 19 (RIA Novosti) - Civilian facilities in south Russia's Rostov Region were damaged as a result of an air strike, regional Governor Yury Slyusar said. "Civilian facilities were damaged in several localities. In Rostov, a high-voltage power line disconnection cut off power to residential buildings and industrial consumers... in Taganrog, the windows and roofs of five private homes were damaged, and three cars caught fire," Slyu......
