MOSCOW, December 18 (RIA Novosti) - The United States, Hungary, and Slovakia will not agree to Ukraine's accession to NATO, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Thursday. "As we speak, a couple of allies are saying that they will not give their consent and therefore withhold unanimity for Ukraine entering NATO, countries like Hungary, the United States, Slovakia, and maybe a couple others," Rutte told reporters in Warsaw....
