MOSCOW, December 18 (RIA Novosti) - Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who for several years banned journalists from attending parliamentary sessions, has signed a law allowing media representatives to cover the work of parliamentary committees and providing for online broadcasts of sessions, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said.
