Namibia launches convention bureau to boost business tourism

WINDHOEK, 16 DEC (NAMPA) – The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Indileni Daniel on Tuesday launched the Namibia Convention Bureau.
In her keynote address here, Daniel said the new bureau marks a turning point for tourism and economic development following the COVID-19 pandemic.
“This is more than the unveiling of an institution. It is the start of a new era for Namibia’s tourism and economic development,” Daniel said.
