Finland to Host EU's Eastern Flank Leaders for Inaugural Summit on Tuesday

MOSCOW, December 16 (RIA Novosti) - The leaders of eight countries on the European Union's eastern flank will meet in the Finnish capital of Helsinki on Tuesday to discuss how to strengthen the bloc's defenses. The one-day summit will bring together the leaders of Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria and Finland, the countries that are geographically closest to Russia.
