MVA Fund urges motorists to exercise caution in rainy weather

WINDHOEK, 11 DEC (NAMPA) – The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund has cautioned motorists nationwide to exercise heightened vigilance on the roads as heavy rains continue to create hazardous driving conditions across the country.
