MOSCOW, December 3 (RIA Novosti) - Sri Lanka has requested aid from Russia in response to Cyclone Ditwah, and Russian authorities are now evaluating the request, the Russian Embassy in Sri Lanka said on Wednesday. "The Sri Lankan side submitted a request for humanitarian aid.
