OMUTHIYA, 28 NOV (NAMPA) - Swapo’s Leonard Negonga has retained his position as councillor of the Ondangwa Urban Constituency.
The announcement was made by the Electoral Commission of Namibia on Friday. Negonga garnered 3 911 votes in the just concluded Regional Councils and Localities Authorities Elections.
