WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - Polling stations in the Katutura East Constituency of Windhoek reported a slow but steady voter turnout from the opening hours on Wednesday.
Junias Mwapopi and Shawn Plaatjies, the presiding officers of polling stations A and B at Jan Jonker Afrikaner Secondary School in the Katutura East Constituency, both reported a good turnout when the stations opened, but said that turnout slowed shortly thereafter.
