WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) president Dr Panduleni Itula has called on Namibians to take the Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections seriously, saying these polls directly influence service delivery and the everyday lives of citizens.
