WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – Outgoing Tsumkwe Constituency Councillor, Johannes Hausiku, has implored the youth to approach their councillors when they need support.
“The only way you can bring change is when you come out and be an outspoken person,” he said.
