WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – The Regional Council and Local Authority elections commenced successfully in the Windhoek West, Windhoek Rural, and Windhoek East constituencies in the Khomas Region on Wednesday.
Officials from the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) reported that all polling stations in the Windhoek East, West, and Rural constituencies opened at 07h00, with voters already lined up to cast their votes.
