OMUTHIYA, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – Voting has started at the Onankali South Combined School polling station in the Onyaanya Constituency of the Oshikoto Region for the Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections.
Voters started queuing from as early as 03h00, showing strong civic enthusiasm.
ECN presiding officer, Delila Reinhold confirmed that the elderly and vulnerable are being prioritised to vote first.
