OPUWO, 24 NOV (NAMPA) - In order to ensure that isolated Kunene communities are ready for the 2025 Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections on Wednesday, the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) deployed helicopters to conduct voter education.
